Reading the book now...

I'm following the instructions in the book by introducing myself now, BEFORE I read the book. I've been known to be _that_ literal/anal-retentive/detail-oriented.

My website is practically a blank slate as far as products and offers, etc. It is more like a boring brochure or an extended business card.

I'm not going to post it up here until I upgrade it to at least "lousy."

Now, provided your post is the last we hear of "boring", "lousy" etc. etc., then you'll be what you want to be faster than you can say, "Hi, I'm Marketing Mike!" :cool:

Mike & Walt... congratulations on taking action and at least putting it up. :)

It can always be improved over time. You can look on other peoples successful sites and "model" (not copy) what they are doing.#

As Armand Morin says "Success Leaves Traces"... you simply follow those. :cool:

Getting started with something less then perfect is 100 times better then never getting started at all simply for and urge of making it perfect first.
