Has anyone considered contacting businesses to set up internal integration marketing campaigns for them while taking a commission from the margin they make on the up-sell/cross-sell (maybe even downsell) products they sell?
For example, contacting computer resellers and setting up their sales systems such that their accessories are offerered near the end of the transaction stream, and then we would take a commission on that additional sale.

Hey, that's absolutely a great idea.
There is someone here in Auckland that I advised to do something similar. He is a broker in between people with the UMVs and the Integration Points and takes margin off the deals. ZERO risk involved with all three parties.
I'll have to check in and see how he's doing.
It's a brilliant business model ...

That is a great idea!
I did something similar with a company (who shall remain unnamed for now) that specializes in a specific marketing strategy. I recognized the strategy as a "Proven Marketing Campaign" and approached them with the concept of selling their service to qualified businesses.
It took me over two months to do the proposal, meet with the principles, write the contract and close the deal. The papers were signed a few days ago and now I'm into stage two. I've sent out some approach letters and expect to be doing presentations early next week.
As I am the point man on this project, I set the terms for the retainer and the percentage paid from the newly created profits. If all goes well, I will collect my share for quite a long time, as we are not setting a date for commissions to end.
I expect this project to set me up with a very comfortable income :)

It's basically what JV brokers do... but in this case we could call them IM brokers. :)

Is this something like Bob Serling's Million Dollar Licensing done online?

Not quiet... What Bob teaches is using e.g. a technique that Frank Kern teaches (4 day cash machine) and then offer companies to set that up for them.
In this regard we are referring to going to company A that has an IP that they don't utilize and find a matching UMV from company B. Then you bring those two together for a referral / second tier commission.

Hi Mark and fellow integration marketers,
This Integration Marketing course has really sparked a lot of ideas in my brain on how to utilize it to make some money while building my own internet marketing business. Thanks a lot Mark for teaching such powerful marketing ideas to us! The brokering idea is extremely appealing to me as I currently don't have my own product and very few people on my list.
I'd love to start as a broker 1st.
In following up Mark's story about his friend who's doing the integration marketing brokering deal, I have few questions:
1) I have the access to Mike Filsaime's Traffic Fusion Hyper Java. Very nifty program I must say. I would like to utilize this to approach IP owners and UMV providers and create a profitable marketing campaign for them. Any thoughts on this?
2) Mark, any news on how your friend did with his brokering deal?
3) Anyone knows where to get the proposal and agreement to do this brokering deal (if there's such a thing...)?
Thanks everyone! :)
