target market: consultants, trainers, lawyers, doctors, business owners
product: decision making game that builds lists of professionals while promoting your company
we are a training/consulting organisation that developed a list building software that attracts "Professionals". it was very successful for us (tripled our opt-in from managers and MD's of MNCs in less than a month) so we are IN THE PROCESS of packaging it as a stand alone product for others the build their lists of professionals. the product is the Decision Making Matrix
we have already got 2 JV partners (with combined lists of over 80,000) and will have opportunities for UMV and integration points. this is still in the PRE_launch stages so we don't know how of if it will sell. we do know, that it fills a unique niche in the list building area for a very specific target market: i.e. consultants, trainers, business owners selling to large companies
